What

The Tool Management Plan describes the Tool Evaluation and Tool Qualfication procedures, this includes:

• Complete the S-CORE tool list
• Perform the tool evaluations for S-CORE tools
• Define S-CORE tool qualification strategy
• Perform S-CORE tool qualifications

How

Initial Tool list identified by the PR, #2497. Must be validated and based on result Tool evaluation can be started

Estimates for realization

12 man months minimum (based on the assumtion that for several tools existing tool qualifications can be re-used)
