Verifies requirements:

• feat_req__lifecycle__start_named_run_target: Launching run target
• feat_req__lifecycle__launch_support: Support for launching processes
• feat_req__lifecycle__process_state_comm: Process state
• feat_req__lifecycle__process_launch_args: Handling process args

Depends on: -

Configuration:

• Configuration with an initial Run Target named Startup containing one Component named component_initial, with command line parameter "score rules!"

Test steps:

• Start Launch Manager process

Expected behavior:

• Launch Manager is started successfully
• Run Target Startup is activated initially
• component_initial is started with command line parameters "score rules!"
• Process of component_initial reports process state running

Acceptance Criteria (DoD)

Test specification and implementation exists. Test passes.
