@score_baselibs//score/analysis/tracing/generic_trace_library:mock does not provide all API symbols

We have some tests in score/communication where we do not need an implementation and we would perfectly be fine on using the mocks. The problem is that there are some symbols that are not provided.
I checked with @hoppe-and-dreams and it seems that it was not intended that some symbols are not provided by the mock.
