Make reports about submissions easily accessible to managers #1192
Description
What?
As a manager I want to be able to get a spreadsheet reporting about submissions.
Why?
It is important to understands what users are doing.
How?
Some possibilities:
- This could be part of the admin ui.
- An automation could email regular reports
- There could be an endpoint added which produces the spreadsheet.
- If the endpint is not added to pass-core, perhaps it could be done with an AWS lambda.
Acceptance Criteria
Work with manager to make sure the solution makes sense.
