Upgrade Theia tree editor

• Consume incremental update correctly
  • Currently, the tree editor prototype refreshes and fetches the model on every received update
• Implement adding and deleting nodes via tree (depends on Use custom commands to enable complete editing #88)
  • The theia tree editor offers adding and deleting of nodes directly via the tree, in our prototype this is currently disabled though.
