Update Part to AAS Part 3a: Data Specification Version 3.1 #443
Description
We need to update our implementation of the AAS Data Specification to version 3.1.
We can have one update branch on our fork on which we gather all changes similar to #437 . We do so by creating one branch per change and merging those branches with the update branch. We do this to allow for easier reviewing.
In this issue we will track the progress of the changes.
