[Ticket] Rework Query Core

We need to rework the Query Core as it does not cover all necessarry use-cases of the Query Language

One way would be to do a manual indexing of the data (Flatten the complete Structure) in a separate Collection only for Querying

So we would replace Elasticsearch with MongoDB so that we have complete control over the data structure etc.
