Collaborate with Apache Karaf to add Concierge as OSGi framework to run #21
Description
We want to add Concierge as supported OSGi framework to Apache Karaf.
If this is working, openHAB2 can be considered as an option to use Karaf / Concierge as underlying OSGi framework
