Collaborate with ops4j to add Concierge as OSGi framework to pax-exam #20
Description
We want to add Concierge as supported OSGi framework to pax-exam.
It should be working out-of-the-box, but at least confirm that it is running, and extend ops4j documentation that and how it can be used and configured
