Parsing failed For Tailwind 2.0

I get an JS error when trying to import my Tailwind 2.0 project. The ui gives me no errors or indication anything happened. For some context: it's a fairly complex project with a few plugins.

I've attached the json file I attempted to use:

I think the author abandoned this project. It should be archived
