Preparation of version 1.0

This issue captures the modifications required before publishing version 1.0.

• Rename Server and client to Server and Proxy
• Update README
• Simplify bootstrap with docker
• Document the architecture with diagrams
• Move the API key to a HTTP Header or use HTTPS validation
• Add StandAlone Proxy to the pip package
• Remove references to ebuio in the code
• Start a change log
