CDV_SVG 2 and 3 (Timeline) Updates for 2018

• Consider plotting to scale (5000 pixels per year, plotted proportionally = 5000/365 factor). (Or don't bother: multiply up from 365.

• Post fresh sample output on newtfire eXist-db! (old sample output is missing and I'm currently linking to the wrong file.)

• Consider the proportional size of circles--area of circle = pi * r squared...how are circles plotted based on our counts? Are the relative proportions being distorted?
