MAINT: display bundled licences in GUI #185
Description
The licences for each of the dependencies (e.g. numpy/scipy/refnx/refl1d/qt/pyside6/pyqt6/etc) should be displayed via a menu item in the GUI, this is a typically a requirement for binary distributions.
