If closing without saving changes the popup dialog doesn't allow for saving

If changes are made and then the top right cross is used to close the app, a dialog pops up warning the user that changes have been amde and asking if they want to save and exit, or exit without saving. The save option does not seem to be enabled.

I think that changing this line to

ExGlobals.Constants.proxy.project.saveProject()

Will fix this.

It isn't quite sorted. My PR needs merging to solve one issue with the saving in general, and then there is another issue that it tries to save, but you get no pop-up box or interaction and errors with create file \Users\npi34092\project.json [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\Users\\npi34092\\project.json'
and an immediate exit

Just checked the recent build and the project save seems to support UNC style paths on windows.
