Hamlib is not init on start

Bug. On starting klog with hamlib settings correct and rigctld running, klog does not respond to rig frequency changes unless I go to Settings->Hamlib and hit the test button EVERY time I start the program. Why does it not check automatically?

dummy hamlib device is not working
