Migrate weeklies to the new repo

To completely migrate to the new repo https://github.com/dyweb/weekly, we need to

• move current content to the new repo,
• finish Weekly for 2016/09/14 #102, Weekly/51 for 2016/09/21 #105, Weekly/52 for 2016/09/28 #107, Weekly/53 for 2016/10/05 #108, Weekly/55 for 2016/10/19 #110, Weekly/56 for 2016/10/26 #112 in the new repo,
• begin the next weekly (57 for 2016/11/02) in the new repo.

我觉得我们可以采取新的周报形式，现在来看整理的成本太高了，比如在发周报的时候不 file 一个新的 comment，都是直接 append 第0个 comment，这样可以直接 copy，可以省略整理的过程。。或者就直接创建一个文件大家来 push

以前为了解决这个问题想和 @mrmiywj 写个 bot, 群聊时 @ 它投稿, 然后 bot 自动汇总整理...... 后来这个 bot 鸽了 (

append 第 0 个感觉不太好; push 的话稍微增加了投稿成本, 这里需要 @at15 这样勤奋投稿但是懒得 format 的用户意见.

整理的成本包括 reformat, 排顺序组织小标题, 选亮点. 如果降低要求, 只遍历所有 comment 合起来呢 (

不过这样似乎太散了...... 不知道怎么办 (

@gaocegege I think we can use a issue comment template like the following. (Attach the template to the issue so every one can copy and paste it since gh does not have issue comment template)

(or maybe just use the yaml format) so the bot would be easier to implement

Also using a machine understandable language make it easier to do search and build an interactive gh-page for weekly, for search https://www.algolia.com/ seems to be a good solution.
