Allow infinite scroll in templates

I'm really not sure how you might do this as it seems like they added this in a relatively recent update, but out-of-the-box Remarkable templates allow you to scroll infinitely, with the lines/grid patterning to reach the new scroll thresholds. Would be nice if we could do this in custom templates.

It becomes blank once you scroll past the template
