Add Release Ring 0 to ChangeLogs

Hi,

Would it be possible to add the Release Ring 0 to the documentation? https://doc.dynamicweb.dev/documentation/fundamentals/dw10release/releasenotes/changelog.html

It would make it easier to follow along for those of us who need to test things knowing what's been released.
