Modernize Samples Site

This is a catch-all gissue for modernization ideas for the main GeoBlazor samples site.

Styling

• make sure text is readable in both light and dark mode, including on the "source code" pages
• fix layout issues so it is easier to see all the content in both desktop and mobile layouts
• Implementing fly-out submenus for grouping samples would be useful

Current Samples

• The goal of the samples is to show off features. There are some where the sample itself isn't the best demonstration. The biggest example is the sample for GroupLayers. While it does use GroupLayers, it doesn't really highlight the purpose of group layers in GIS. Starting with this sample, and for any others like this, I would do the following:
  • Find a new sample from the ArcGIS JS samples, or create one from scratch, that better matches the feature description.
  • Rename the current sample to something more appropriate. Be sure to update all the text.
  • Add the new sample.

New Samples

• We want to highlight our most important features here, by creating a sample for each one
• Each Widget should have its own samples page, in addition to the Widgets/ProWidgets overview page
