Shortcuts Interfere With Salesforce Sites

• I've read the common issues and the one I'm about to create is not one of those documented.

Describe the bug

A When I'm on Trailhead or other sites, keyboard shortcuts are active while I'm entering text into forms.

B This may be my own fault. I'd like to know if anyone can reproduce this, but it's not the first time I've run into it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Trailhead
2. Fill out any form.
3. Try to capitalize a word.
4. You will be redirected to a non-existent page.

Expected behavior
A Don't hijack keyboard shortcuts. This is a terrible design decision (although I concede that I may be doing something wrong.)
