GUI elements are not up-to-date with 2024.14

Several GameMaker GUI elements (the menu bar, tabs, and probably some others) have been updated as of 2024.14. Generally, I've noticed these elements are slightly larger and easier to click. IMO the Dracula would be nicer if it included these changes. EG:

Yeah these themes don't ever get updates, sadly. Dracula is like, quite a few monthly updates behind.

Hi, I'm the maintainer for this repository.

Gamemaker is constantly evolving and adding/tweaking UI features which need to be adjusted in the theme.
I don't personally use gamemaker anymore, so I've opted to only reviewing and merging pull requests as they come.

This means that there's no one actively working on this theme, all changes come from pull requests. I'm happy to merge anything that improves the theme.
