is it possible that bytes sent and received are swapped?

I use this for uploading /backing up my photography to the cloud -- so a vast majority of my transfer is upload. In fact, I just completed uploading about 700 GB of data - it shows about that amount in the "received" field on the UI. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the interface and which direction this is going, but I was expecting this to report data sent up to the internet.

There is an inherent issue with the network drivers reported statistics on dl/up of data, mostly due to offloading to the hardware accelerator. The value you're receiving is a combined (what the modem received on the lan interface and aliased interfaces) before sending off to the actual cell modem (the data available here also isn't reliable in numbers), vs the sent (which is what was sent out to the LAN interfaces.

We are working on other avenues to better provide a realistic statistic for this but time is valuable and this project is after our other jobs.
