On initial install of QM2.3.1+ from a version that does not include the Ping and Memory daemons; neither service is correctly reporting or operates in a disabled/enabled manner. It requires a user to go to the settings page and change each option to enabled/disabled and then to the desired state for the system to report and operate. On QM install the installation does report the settings files were not found and does appear to report as the daemons have started.
