Pipeline does nor flag multiple faced detected in a single video stream

Ideally, after OpenFace is run, the OpenFace QC should be catching cases where more that 1 person was detected in the video stream. Currently, OpenFace has a face_id but on testing found no instances where it recognized other faces as 2.
