opencode mixing tools with shell jj interactions #1

Hello, thank you very much for making this plugin.
I'm trying this, and I'm having mixed results, is the expectations that I add https://github.com/dpshade/jj-opencode/blob/main/AGENTS.md to my opencode instructions?
I was working on a simple fix, found other 2 unrelated errors and asked opencode to fix them as well in separate changes.
It ended up creating 3 workspaces and mixing tools with jj invocations.
