egress provider S3 doesn't provide resource URL only the key

When egressing to Azure the complete operation record returns a URL to the azure object in resourceLocation body field. However, same operation egressed to AWS S3 returns BucketName=eu1-dotnetmonitor, Key=core_20250608_140638_543

Shouldn't those behave the same?
