Should be add api for adjust position for context menu in tray

Most application tray context menu usually fly out toward the top-right or top-left. Currently, the flyout covers the tray icon. We should add an API to allow customizing its position.

It's not quite clear to me what the screenshots are showing, but I think what you're saying is it goes downward and not up. The difference between the screenshots is you only have two items in the winuiex flyout, so it has space to go down. If you add more items and there's no space to go down, it should go up.
I'm reluctant to change it to be configurable, since the taskbar will be able to be moved to any side of the screen in an upcoming update, so it really should be about making sure it flows in a way that doesn't cause it to obscure the icon you clicked.

Not just up or down I mean the flyout relative position to the icon. I just try add some dummy item in the flyout it upward show and just in the same column

but I am referring most flyout positision it should have horizontal offset(even down expand), the context menu should be anchored to the tray icon with visually connected to the tray icon.

But Could you make a slight improvement to the menu position it’s more helpful

as u can see the WinUI3 Gallery controls the MenuBar Right-click menu position,It blends more seamlessly with the object and will slightly change position depending on the cursor.
