[FEATURE] - allow plugins to deliver Angular portlets #34526
Description
Problem
Currently, when a customer wants to deliver a custom view or experience in dotCMS they have to create a portlet / iframe that is then rendered in the dotCMS.
It would be wonderful if we could instead write more "pure" angular apps that could be dynamically loaded without having the build an iframe and html page.
Goal
Have a plugin that adds a route to NG to render a NG portlet.
