Subject: [PATCH] Update instant-wake.md

For me, and some people at https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/m8oime/how_to_fix_sleep_issue_causing_darkwake_from/, it was not clear both the  corresponding SSDT and ACPI were required particularly because of the **Do not use all these patches at once** comment. This PR just clarifies that.
