Map.html applet missing

map.html app missing
Chapter 3 page 113 says download the webpage from this repo, however that is missing in the repo. Can someone add it? Or lead me to some repo somebody made for this?

Thanks for pointing this out. The map.html stopped working sometime ago because Google Maps changed how it worked. However, I have now placed a new map.html file in the repo (at the top and in chapter 3)
