Application Error: crashes when clicking notifications icon

Bug report

This error occurs when clicking the notifications bell icon immediately after opening the app. Once the docker desktop app loads, clicking the notification icon within the first 0-10 sec will crash the app. This will display an error that will prevent further use of the app while running n a none responsive state until using Activity Monitor to force quit. Then having to restart and avoid clicking the notifications bell until minutes after loading.
