Add comprehensive documentation for inline test declarations (testStart, testEnd, step) across Markdown, AsciiDoc, and DITA file types. This includes the new DITA <data> element syntax supporting both single and double quotes for attribute values.
Document two additional DITA inline test capabilities from PR #250: - Attribute-like key-value syntax as alternative to JSON format - Automatic XML/HTML entity decoding in attribute values
