Refine the Glossary's UI

The glossary could use a number of front-end improvements, including:

• creating more whitespace between definitions Done! Thanks @minaorangina !

• having a more defined flow of content for each term addition, to include consistent header sizing that is viewed widely across devices Done! Thanks @JoelLau !

• accessibility refinement- each page of our glossary should be accessible, using appropriate aria controls/callouts so users can move between content with screen readers + other devices. still open to work on!

Feel free to work on parts of this, and I'll evolve the issue as we add more to the codebase! Thanks for your help.

Thanks for offering, @JoelLau ! You certainly can. @minaorangina is working on this as well- please collaborate as this issue incorporates a few different things that you could both work on separately!
