[Feature Request] Disabled vite preview

Description

Shouldn't the Varlock plugin be disabled when we run the Vite preview script?

The preview script grabs the dist folder and runs a server on it; it wouldn't make sense to re-check the environment variables if they're already in the dist folder

Replaced/bundled vars may be in the code, but sensitive secrets are not. Depending on what kind of app you are building and tools you are using, you often need to load vars again when you boot. Particularly you may build an app once and then boot with vars adjusted.

so you specifically want to disable automatically validating and injecting env vars when running vite preview? Should be possible, but might take some small changes on our side.
