wrong Text for Buttons

After first start there ste two times "Menu" in list. If you go into the second one and leave again the name is correct for Buttons.

sorry i am not clear on exactly what this refers to. Can you explain further or add screenshots

i have tried to reproduce it, but this bug comrs not again. Maybe after first start any is changed ? After Point "Menu -4" the next entry was also "Menu - 5" not "Application - 5"
