Reloading on file download #3
Description
The Extension reloads the WebPage continously, when the Website starts a download.
e.g. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40779
Also the extension ignores its activation state. so when it is disabled the website is still continously reloaded. I need to go to the "opera://extensions/" page remove it from there to stop pages from reloading. Getting there is the problem because the browser deadlocks and i need the taskmanager to kill the opera process
