Prepare data folder

Dear Authors,

Thank you for shareing the 4DflowNetv2. We are trying to train and test the network using our own CFD data. I see there are several files in the prepare_data folder. Could you please provide some instruction on how to use those files to generate the training and testing data for 4DflowNet.

Hey thanks for reaching out. Perhaps you may want to look at the original 4DFlowNet repository and try it out with the example there first https://github.com/EdwardFerdian/4DFlowNet.
