Error loading keys after updating KeePass to 2.60

I just updated KeePass from 2.59 to 2.60 and started KeePass. I was greeted with the following message. It also occurs every time when I try to manually add a key from an KeePass entry.

Followed by an "Error getting key list" error dialog.

Going back to KeePass 2.59 fixes the problem.
