Why CERES can not be run normally like other chess engine?

I have complied all installation instruction. But at the end CERES ... just tell me "engine can not be initialized"

So everyone can enjoy this engine, it is Hopin developer can just rebuilt this excellent engine just like Leela Chess Zero or Stockfish which is almost plug and play programme.
