Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When turning of the fan for the first time (for example after reboot). The Fan goes directly to 11 which is an special mode. I would like to define the default value in case nothing is defined.

A way to define the special value on the YML config

A work around is to not turn the device on but set the speed directly.
