Use a different shortcut key for the Plan/Act toggle

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the latest version of VSCode, they introduced a feature called "Agents", which could be activated by pressing ⌘+shift+a, which conflict with the default(not sure if I can customize it though) shortcut key for toggling between Plan/Act.

I'm not sure if that would be a good choice. I guess that's the Windows version of the same shortcut?

Yare yare, vscode encroaching on the shortcuts to peddle their wares.

I thought Windows version would have been WindowsKey+Shift+A. Most of the intuitive shortcuts are taken it seems, I am open to suggestions if you have any.

I guess something like opt/alt + shift + a would work.
Whatever alternative we chose, the chance of shortcut conflicts is not zero, so we'd better make sure this is customizable.

Unfortunately yes. I think opt/alt + shift + a is a good call.

Currently there are no customizable keyboard shortcuts in dirac, I think adding that functionality might open a new surface of issues. For the time being, it's probably better to not take on the customizability
