Dimension connects to your most sensitive tools — your email, calendar, code, and documents. We take that responsibility seriously. Security isn't an afterthought — it's built into every layer of how we handle your data.
Dimension never trains AI models on your data, never sells your information, and never shares it with third parties for advertising. Your data is yours.
All data is protected with enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are not accessible to Dimension personnel.

You're always in control of your data:
- Disconnect an integration and Dimension permanently and completely deletes all associated data
- Delete your account from Settings to permanently remove all your data, integrations, and conversations
- Revoke access to any third-party integration through the provider's settings at any time
In the event of a data breach, Dimension will notify affected users within 72 hours.
