--version flag #1799

What is the problem this feature would solve? Please describe.
I want to know what version of doctl I'm running.
Describe the solution you'd like
Return the version when running --version
Additional context
I was affected by #1534 and I thought the culprit might have been that I was running an out of date version, since I had installed via AUR where that's not uncommon.
