VPR: Clarify to users on V+ site how to scan QR code

Describe the issue
QR Code scanning functionality for deep links works on unexpired QR codes, but not for presentation requests from verifier plus. Users are then confused when they try and scan the VPR QR code on the V+ site with their LCW app. Wording on V+ should clarify how QR code should be scanned
