Failing to install

When I attempt to install MaxTo Download 2.2.1 I get the following error message

Installation has failed

There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more information and contact the author

I have attached the setup log to this message

Reading through this site and looking at your change log, it looks like you haven't updated the product since 2021, and you provide zero support online. The worst part is you are still taking people's money, mine included. I purchased a lifetime subscription in March of 2023.
