We’ve encountered a connection issue while trying to retrieve data from their platform. Upon investigation, it appears that the requests are being rejected due to the user-agent used by our platform.

To overcome this issue, we have implemented a fallback mechanism that uses a standard browser-based user-agent (Mozilla/5.0)(PR).

But before implementing this, we need to make sure by approaching the providers and asking if they can accept our custom user-agent for data access.

@feba-rajan - I think rather than keeping this as "Blocked" we should just close it until we hear back from the LPA. Hopefully they can make the user agent change on their end, in which case we won't have any further work. If not, we can create and prioritise a second ticket - but given we have your branch already then that should be fairly easy to complete.
