In code these have stroke set when checked/intermediate, but in code, the stroke is missing.
I suggest that the border for main and neutral color variants, default and error type, and checked and intermediate variant all is either set to invisible in both Figma and code (not removed) or that both the stroke and fill is set to the same variable/token.
