LinkCard

A request has been made for a new component: LinkCard.

LinkCard is used to highlight important links with more context than standard text links. It may include a title, descriptive text, and optionally an icon or illustration to provide better understanding of where the link leads.

Need

• Provide users with more information and clearer entry points to important resources than a standard link can.
• Ensure an accessible solution where the card behaves like a link and supports predictable navigation.

Requirements

• Should be composable so that content (title, text, icon, image) can be arranged as needed.
• Must offer an accessible implementation with correct semantics and keyboard navigation.
• Should support both simple and more complex layouts
