[Enhancement]: Create interfaces to allow VLC to use MakeMKV's libmmbd for Bluray playback

VLC can use MakeMKV to play Bluray discs:

General wisdom on "the internet" seems to be that this requires uninstalling the snap versions of VLC and MakeMKV. Would it be possible to create some kind of interface for the MakeMKV snap that the VLC snap could use?
