Plasmid maps and sequences are stored in
/data/plasmid/images (maps jpg - three are redundant jpg.bak files that can be ignored)
/data/plasmid/sequence (txt, have no file extension)
Files in both folders are named for the current plasmid ID. For example:
pDM347
http://dictybase.org/db/cgi-bin/dictyBase/SC/plasmid_details.pl?id=568
image file 568.jpg
sequence 568 (text file no extension)
Useful to associate the images and sequences to the correct plasmids would be a mapping file, new DBP ID to historic plasmid ID:
DBP0000568 - 568
